The company began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) the following January and now returns to the NYSE to celebrate this historic occasion. In 1998, LP unveiled the industry’s first commercially viable radiant barrier sheathing, known today as LP® TechShield® sheathing. This remarkable product blocks up to 97% of radiant heat in roof panels, effectively reducing attic temperatures. The LP Structural Solutions portfolio has expanded to include LP WeatherLogic® Air & Water Barrier, LP Legacy® Premium Sub-Flooring, LP® FlameBlock® Fire-Rated Sheathing, and LP NovaCore™ Thermal Insulated Sheathing.
